You’ve built a good life.

So why does something still feel off?

Therapy in Atlanta for men who look successful on paper, but underneath feel anxious, stuck, numb, or disconnected from the people and purpose that actually matter.

IF THIS SOUNDS FAMILIAR

You’re not falling apart. You’re functioning - maybe even thriving on paper.

But something underneath keeps showing up: in your relationships, your stress response, the way you can't seem to stop certain patterns no matter how much you understand them.

That's exactly where we start.

How I work

Therapy that doesn't just talk about your week — it moves you forward.

Your story makes sense

The anxiety, the stuck-ness, the patterns — they all make sense given what your nervous system has lived through. Understanding precedes change.

Connection is the goal

Success without connection is just sophisticated suffering. We point you toward what creates actual fulfillment, not just achievement.

Regulation first

You can't think your way out of a dysregulated nervous system. We start by helping your body and mind find a steadier baseline.

Insight without implementation is just expensive self-awareness. You'll always leave with something concrete to do.

Action creates change

Hi! I’m Ash Blanton

For years, my life motto was "work harder and don’t ask for help." I struggled with perfectionism, anxiety, and the overwhelming feeling of having to have it together all the time. I know how tough it can be to feel stuck and unsure of where to turn.

I became a therapist to help men like myself have a space where they could talk about the struggles they face and solve their problems by building on their strengths and skills
My goal is to help you find solutions to life’s biggest problems, whether that’s gaining clarity about the future, overcoming destructive habits, or balancing relationships and responsibilities. You don’t have to navigate this season of life alone.

Who I work with

Men who are ready to do life differently.

  • You've hit your goals but feel hollow, irritable, or quietly checked out.

  • Your partner or family is asking for more from you — and you're not sure how to give it.

  • You don't want someone to just nod along — you want a guide who'll push back and help you actually change.

  • You're done white-knuckling it. You want tools, not just talk.
