Hi, I’m Ash Blanton

Atlanta Therapist for Teen Boys and Adult Men

I don’t know about you, but for years, I was the guy who always said I was “good” when people asked. If I were honest, the pressures of trying to keep up were adding anxiety and stress to my life.

It felt like I had to hustle for my worth and always stay on top of everything just to keep up. The more I tried and the harder I worked, the more things kept speeding up.

After realizing the importance of therapy, I experienced real change. I finally understood what it meant to live a life that matters. I then devoted my career to helping teens, adults, and families function at their very best.

I help teens and adults understand what they truly care about by helping them define their values, understand their mental game, and help them develop skills to live the life they want.

Let’s work together to help you achieve your goals!
