Teen Therapy In Atlanta, Ga

Reach your potential. Thrive in your life!

As a parent, you want your son to thrive. You know he can. But you aren’t sure how to help.

Can you relate?

  • He mentions that he feels stressed often.

  • He doesn’t seem as happy as he used to be.

  • He procrastinates, falling behind in academics.

  • Arguments at home are becoming more common.

The good news is that he can be successful and really enjoy his high school experience.

Your son can figure out who he is, what he cares about, and learn the tools to face challenges head-on. Your son can enjoy this period of life and have great relationships. Our work helps him learn the skills he needs to thrive!

My approach to working with teens

Adolescence is about learning who you are and how to best launch into adulthood. I help adolescents do this by:

Mentoring Relationship

Teenagers are looking for someone with whom they can trust to guide them into adulthood. The mentoring relationship prioritizes your teen’s interests and utilizing the time spent together to help them grow and reach their goals.

Therapeutic Skills

We focus on learning lifelong skills to help your teen navigate his complex emotional world and the decisions that he faces. This includes learning to become aware of his own thinking and behaviors and how to choose actions that serve him best in the long term.

Coaching Vision

Any good coach focuses not just on what is going wrong but also how to develop hidden potential. Our work focuses on your teen’s strengths and helping him identify his goals, values, and beliefs to catapult him to success.

Having the right guide is important.

My name is Ash Blanton. I’ve been helping teen boys and young adult men launch into adulthood since 2010. I’ve worked in schools, with college athletes, church organizations, and in private practice where I have been fortunate enough to help young men gain the skills necessary for life.

I want your son to be his best, because I believe healthy young men grow into being healthy husbands, fathers, and community leaders.
