Do you get up every day, go to work, leave work, go to the gym, then come home to grab a quick bite to eat before going to bed and doing it all over again? Does it feel like you never feel a sense of achievement and satisfaction?

Men are taught to handle their problems by:

  1. Suck it up

  2. Stuff it down

  3. Distract yourself

  4. Repeat until you are numbed out of forgotten about the problem.

The good news is that you can feel confident and accomplished again!

You can feel a sense of purpose and accomplishment again. Our work helps you define your challenges clearly, describe what is important to you, and understand your values. We then use the skills you have learned to face your challenges and create a life that you are excited about.

My name is Ash Blanton. I’ve been helping others reach their potential since 2010. I’ve worked in schools, with college athletes, church organizations, and in private practice, where I have been fortunate enough to help young men gain the skills necessary for life.

I want you to feel your best because I believe healthy men grow into healthy husbands, fathers, and community leaders.
